Erin and Austin’s wedding at Lone Mountain Ranch in Big Sky, Montana, was a real highlight of 2022 for me. From the breathtaking location to the all-around good vibes, this wedding was a photographer’s dream day. Lone Mountain Ranch was the kind of place dreams are made of. With those jaw-dropping mountains as a backdrop, Erin and Austin’s wedding was set to be something special. Nature really went all out to make this day unforgettable.
Montana weather is as unpredictable as it gets, and on this particular day, it decided to be a bit moody. But did we let that ruin the party? Nope! Instead, we embraced the moodiness of the mountains. The ever-changing clouds and sporadic drizzles gave our photos a unique touch. Moody skies and soft lighting made everything look dreamy and romantic. Nature decided to be our co-star, and it couldn’t have worked out better!
What truly made Erin and Austin’s wedding unforgettable was the sheer amount of joy and laughter that filled the air. From those heartfelt private vows before the ceremony to the crazy dance moves at the reception, happiness was everywhere. As a wedding and elopement photographer, capturing those real, unscripted moments of pure joy is what I live for.
